Alan Bostakian, PhD, MCMP, CCMP, is a Sr. Change Leader and expert in Crisis Management. He is the founder of the Intelligent Change Management Think Tank for Human Rights

Alan's main areas of expertise are change management, change leadership as well as crisis management, national reconstruction planning and humanitarian areas.

He has also worked in various roles (Sr. Consultant, Director, etc.) for the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP, Global), the Government of Ontario, the City of Toronto, Scotiabank, TD Bank, the Real Estate Council of Ontario, the Canadian HR association (CPHR), and the Intelligent Organization, and taught at three Canadian colleges.
