Alan Bostakian, PhD, CCMP, CTDP, is a Sr. Change Leader 

and a Certified Human Rights Consultant

About Alan:

Alan Bostakian has a PhD degree in Business Administration as well as several certificates, including: 

  • Strategy Execution for Public Leadership (Harvard University)
  • Leading Change (Massachusetts Institute of Technology MIT, USA)
  • Certified Human Rights Consultant (US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights)
  • Master Change Management Professional (MCMP, ACMP, USA)
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP, ACMP, USA)
  • Risk-informed Governance (United Nations UN)
  • Certified Training & Development Professional (CTDP, Canada)
  • Data Science: Making Data-Driven Decisions (Massachusetts Institute of Technology MIT, USA)
  • Executive Data Science (Johns Hopkins University, USA)
  • Certified Change Agent (CCA, Canada)
  • Supply Chain Management (Cambridge University, UK) 

Alan's main areas of expertise are change management, change leadership and training.  

Alan has served on the Board of Directors and Advisory Board of many non-profit organizations (Persian and Canadian) and professional associations. He has also worked in various roles (Sr. Consultant, Director, etc.) for the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP, Global), the Government of Ontario, the City of Toronto, Scotiabank, TD Bank, the Real Estate Council of Ontario, the Canadian HR association (CPHR), and the Intelligent Organization, and taught at three Canadian colleges.

Alan has been an activist for Human Rights, Freedom, Democracy, Canadian Values, and Persian Culture. 

    Before starting this organization, Dr Alan Bostakian had done many human rights related activities with other organizations
