What We Do

Providing advisory, research and education services on Change Management and Change Leadership for changes and movements related to Human Rights, Freedom, and Justice.

Develop materials based on ISO crisis management principles and globally recognized frameworks including the UN Humanitarian Program Cycle, Harvard Humanitarian Initiative, and the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction, and integrating these through the Crisis–Reconstruction–Change Framework to support national-scale resilience, recovery, and sustainable change.

Change Management Training for Human Rights Activists

We offer a short virtual training for Human Rights activists to learn the basics if Change Management and the application of that in Human Rights activism.

Bridging Divides - Change Management in Action

 Overcoming Division Using Change Management Principles Division is one of the major challenges within the Iranian community, and it needs to be addressed and resolved. To heal this issue, we must replace divisive actions with constructive ones that strengthen and unite our bonds. Like any other project, this requires strategy, planning, and execution. 

Education: Manage the changes in your life and profession

This short training is to help public attendees not only to survive but also to grow, in both desired and unwanted changes in personal life and professional life. Training content includes what they need to have a better change experience.
